I am beyond excited to announce that My Lit Box is OFFICIALLY back! Launching our blog in January was only half the of it, now we’ve come full circle and re-introduced our quarterly subscription box! I’ve lost count of how many people have reached out and asked when we’ll do just that and that day is finally here. And we’re not offering just one, or two boxes, but THREE unique boxes for you to choose from.
I don’t take the selection process for My Lit Box lightly. I’m always looking for novels that are beautifully written, that incite feelings of any kind whether it’s sadness, anger, or joy, that stay with you long after you’ve finished the last page and I feel as if each of next month’s selections do all of the above.
In The Original My Lit Box, in our selection feelings are at stake, and not just the romantic kind. We’ll get to witness someone coming to terms with who they are and all those who are impacted by their time of self-discovery. By the end of this novel, you may have to add your heart to the list of causalities.
Our Yay for YA Lit! Box includes an age-old story many young women can relate to, a balancing act of shrinking yourself to deflect unwanted attention all the while searching for that spark that helps you find your voice so you can be heard.
Our newest addition, the Black Women Are Lit! Box, will include a beautiful story of love, loyalty, and loss. How many of us make promises hoping we’ll never have to make good on them? In next month’s selection, we’ll get to witness what happens when someone reaches this crossroad and the conflicts it presents.
If you all have missed My Lit Box, just know that I’ve missed it more! This is all I dream that stemmed from my wanting to focus my energy and efforts towards something that really matters and I feel as if I’ve found that with the work we’re doing there. So, what are you waiting for? If you have yet to claim March’s My Lit Box, there’s still time to visit our shop and don’t forget to tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend!
